Andrea's first book NOTE TO SELF (Simon Spotlight, 2009) is a compilation of true stories that addresses the tough stuff in life. Divided into four sections,  the book features 30 female contributors — including famous ones like Sheryl Crow, Kathy Najimy, Camryn Manheim and Mariska Hargitay ,and women who are true inspirations, Beverly London, Katie Hnida, and Maile Zambuto.  They’ve all faced challenges in the realms of hardship, humiliation, or heartbreak, and reveal how to tackle anything.

 I write about the pursuit of parenthood, the mysterious Huskies that show up at my front door and the colorful neighborhood in Los Angeles where I live. Most of my blogs have a lesson about humanity tucked away inside of them.
